Each row tracks one month’s cohort of new sign‑ups, showing how many customers churned in their signup month (M0) and each month thereafter up to M12, with the final “Remaining” column highlighting who’s still active after a year. Color cues—green for low churn, blue for moderate, red for high—let you spot at a glance where drop‑off peaks and how long cohorts stick around.
